If you see this message appear in place of a camera image, it means the recorder has reached its capacity for decoding images. To remedy this, go into:
Menu > System > Preview > Advanced
and enable the check box for ‘Use Sub Stream First’
This will force the recorder to display the sub stream image instead of the main stream image, except in a single window view. This does not affect playback of recordings, or remote viewing. The menu option is only found in the onscreen display, and cannot be changed remotely.
