  Use this file with the Upgrade Firmware button in the System menu
• Emergency Firmware Upgrade
  Use this when the unit isn’t starting up, or when instructed by a technician. To install, open the zip file, drag the ‘EMERGENCY_FW_UPGRADE‘ folder across to your USB stick. Turn off the DVR and insert the USB, then turn back on. If it recognises the files, the screen will show a message that it is upgrading. If the DVR boots normally, it means the USB stick is incompatible or the files have been copied incorrectly.
